Whatever the commercial situation, SDS Realty has probably already handled it ... creatively and successfully.

For example, we turned a loser into a winner for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation, quickly pricing, marketing, and selling a mostly-vacant 41-unit apartment building that had been repossessed.

When Northwest Regional Facilitators came to us, we handled several transactions, including working out the complex details of acquiring a site for a 70+-unit affordable housing project and creatively purchasing a 27-unit building that required charitable gift donations and a 1031 exchange as part of the acquisition.

For our clients Wilson & Wilson Properties, we coordinated and executed the sales of three separate properties for an IRC 1031 Exchange into a single, larger NNN leased property.
