This office/retail building was envisioned with the orthodontia practice of co-owner, Scott Ralphs, in mind. As the project co-owner with Steve Schmautz, Scott wanted something unique. Designed by Spokane architect Russ Wolff, this building’s industrial feel was ahead of its time.
