Originally built for the Inland Auto Freight Company, this building in the East Downtown Historic District was bought by Johnston Printing in 1994. After the company closed, the property was purchased and renovated by Steve Schmautz and CK Anderson in 2014. CK was looking for a unique space for his creative branding group, helveticka. The firm’s creativity made this project particularly interesting, and the finished product is fabulous.
