Leasable space of 400 or 800 square feet each.

Described by the Spokane Historic Preservation Office as, “one of the earliest expressions of modernism in Spokane,” the Midcentury Studio Apartment Building was designed by Harvard graduate Royal McClure and the architectural firm McClure & Adkison. Renowned Spokane Modernist Bruce Walker served as lead designer for the project. The multi-family building was chosen by the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York to be a standing exhibit in its architectural design division.

Renovated to honor the building’s mid-century design, the six apartment units merge modernity with functionality and feature floor-to-ceiling windows that provide ample natural light and stunning views of downtown Spokane.
