Originally known as the 1929 Kemp & Hebert building, this property was purchased by Steve Schmautz and his partner, A&A Construction & Development, in 1994. At that time, the area was unsightly. But Steve saw beyond the empty buildings and vacant land. He was convinced that the area was going to prosper, and it did.
